RoboHelp 11 Crashes on startup

i using robohelp 8 on windows 7 64-bit. yesterday, uninstalled robohelp 8, , installed technical communication suite 5, selecting robohelp 11, acrobat, , captivate. now, when try launch robohelp 11 start menu, app crashes immediately. crash details follows:

is there easy way fix this? have tried running administrator , not administrator, , made no difference.

rh must installed local admin rights if not, should not crash.

 

i uninstall , try again. if still fails, support installation free.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
