Thread: I cannot play any mp3 in most music players in lubuntu 13.04

i cannot play mp3 in music players banshee favorite, going in ubuntu irc channel told me install lubuntu-restricted-extras after installing not working, please tell me do

running banshee in debug mode terminal getting output in link below, maybe helps..

can run mp3 in audacious , vlc not in banshee, rhythmbox , xnoise , lxmusic . these ones tested.

are using jack server? that's looks banshee (or more specifically, gstreamer) trying output to.
note rbox, banshee, , xnoise use gstreamer...
