Transition "jumps" into place at stop().

hi!  new edge animate.  sure simple i'm doing wrong can't find in discussion group , can't seem figure out.

 

i working on following animation: http://www.envisionideas.com/forumlending/lending.html

 

as swipe right and/or swipe left, screen stops before should, pauses second, , snaps/jumps place.  don't know why transition doesn't function smoothly.  can't find in timeline make pause , jump place.  i've considered related easing, easing set linear shouldn't causing problem.  also, i've noticed transition seems worse on ipad windows laptop.

 

any suggestions immensely appreciated.

just clear,you talking transition happens when click on 'right arrow' or 'left arrow' @ bottom of page ?
