activate premiere

hi want activate premiere online gives me error 404

welcome forum.

 

  1. what version of prpro using?
  2. what os version running on?
  3. what default browser?
  4. what level of security in browser?
  5. do have firewalls in place?
  6. do have real-time,active anti-virus, anti-malware or anti-anything running?

 

that should give go on.
