have performed clean install of ubuntu 13.04, , installed gnome-shell.

taskbar options version? in 12.04 , 12.10, have been happy tint2, longer appears work, not appear on desktop , lists following when manually run in terminal:

so, looking taskbar or, equally, way of fixing tint2. there official shell extenstions gnome useful?

way, if makes difference, running amd catalyst proprietary drivers (fglrd-updates) ubuntu repositories:
