I can not log in to your account creative cloud.

when try sign in creative cloud computer , error went out , need continue . after several attempts enter empty window appears creative cloud.fail.jpg

i can not use fonts , update program. problem exists month , fonts necessary .

on computing system account fine.

prompt, in problem ?

 

 

there problem . closed photoshop when saving document . without errors or warnings , closes. annoying. saves autosave function .

cost windows 8.1
