Copy Command Doesnt work in Premiere CS6!

when set in , out points on timeline, , copy command, not paste in , out selected timeline! did research , found workaround:

  1. set in/out
  2. lift
  3. undo (cnrtl z)
  4. copy (cntrl c)
  5. paste selected timeline (control v)

 

it's nice know feature in there, , broken...please fix!
