Render Engine ALWAYS starts, no chance of working!

hi there,

 

somehow whenever try start after effects cs6, renderengine starts up. tried exe in support files (afterfx.exe) no chance. shortcut try doesnt have -re in it. uninstalled software completley, , reinstalled. no chance. idea? working win8 64 pro, 32gb ram intel-i7, updates.
