Rendering Issue - CS5 & CS6

i getting rendering problems ae cs6 , cs5.

 

i've attached screenshot of issue (below).

 

i sent project friend , rendered out fine him - know isn't project.

 

i downloaded ae project tutorial space , had same rendering issue. have no problems video rendering sony vegas pro - , believe computer competent job.

 

any help?

this looks codec or hardware acceleration issue totally unrealted ae. eitehr way, have not provided relevant technical info system specs, render settings, aforementioned hardware acceleration stuff , million otehr things, nobody can know going on beyond generic assumption.
