Flash Downloading Issue

i have windows 8. realize flash player part of this, last evening went haywire. checked , enabled. active x correct (as far see). thought update windows, not 8.1 1 time attempted this, fried computer , had totally reinstall windows 8 , else had had on computer. hassle was.

 

anyway, found said needed uninstall flash , reinstall it. followed link: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/clean-install-flash-player.html on "how clean install". can see on adobe's site. did uninstall, places me in loop , not let me reinstall it. says ensure it's enabled. it's not there!

 

what do reinstall sucker?

flash player plug-in (all other browsers):  http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
