more robust download management ?

i've found if internet connection interrupted during software download download re-started.  there way use more robust download manager (one recovers connection loss) ?

welcome adobe forum,

 

any download need continuous internet speed, if have intermittent connectivity problem persistent, try disabling firewall & security increases speed.
