recovery problem with InDesign

we work directly on server. since switched cloud have troubles recovery files when pc ocassionally disconnects server. happens once in week, it's frustrating since work lost.

 

i error notice: file still open else.

i can open file making copy.

 

anyone idea how can fix it?

this forum cloud, not using individual programs

once program downloads , installs no errors, need program forum

 

if start @ forums index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa

you able select forum specific adobe product(s) use

click "down arrow" symbol on right (where says forums) open drop down list , scroll

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
