Upgrade question

can upgrade id 5.5 cs without going cloud? i'm nonprofit , cloud way pricy.

you can go far cs6 that's it.

not sure if makes sense, though. "non-profit" has ring of "we flyers , posters." , won't need of new stuff, anyway (no offense).
