Font shown even after all fonts were converted to outlines

for recent print run printer asked me convert text outlines. did , when go type > find font not show fonts document expected. when export print ready pdf, , see pdf properties adobe reader still lists helvetica font. can’t seem figure out going wrong here. can please help? i’m using indesign cs5.5.

@hpb1980 – maybe included information outside page's bleed area? 1 or of printing marks. test that, export blank page same settings , see, if helvetica embedded…
