Illustrator subscription didn't seem to take

my 30 day trial illustator ended , purchased month-to-month subscription $29.99, when launch illustrator says trial has expired. contacted customer service few days ago , agent informed me order went through wasn't sure why it's not working , said me. signed out , creative cloud multiple times , reinstalled illustrator i'm not sure next.

i have same problem, , asking me serial number there no serial number. has work you  sign in.

i can't use illustrator because asking me time serial number , i've done same steps did.
