Thread: wireless freezing upon connection

i've been quite distro happy since wiping windows 8 of laptob (satellite c855d-s5100- amd 64 e-300 1.3 gig cpu, 8 gb ram, 320 gb hardrive, raedon 6200 hd). i've wiped 20 times since buying it...from ubuntu 10.10, 11.04, 12.04 - fedora 17, lubuntu 12.10, zorin 6, , kubuntu 12.10 lxde session added. so, yeah, wife kill me. lol wanted build monster system, wanted simple laptop. , so, in every os has been on thing, including win8 originally, wireless has not worked right. it's been freezing upon connection router everytime try it. prefer wired connection, wants wireless sometimes. i've tried reinstalling router , resetting it. tried manually configure..it freezes , have kill power...is onboard wireless junk or maybe video card conflict..? in terminal can do? see's , shows full signal. unplug ethernet, hit wireless button , locks.. can do?
