Settings corrupted to "Allow sites to save"; allowed sites missing!

mac os x 10.9.2 (13c64), safari 7.0.2 (9537.74.9), flash player 12.0.0.77

 

flash player 12.0.0.77 installed 3/12/14.

 

i noticed, 3/14/14, flash player preferences settings had changed usual "ask me before allowing new sites save information on computer," "allow sites save information on computer." also, strangely, allowed sites, although still in library folder, no longer appear in preferences panel. appears flash player still using library folder, not listing sites in control panel.

 

what happened? , how flash player library in control panel window?

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
