i dont know in right place post ........what happend forum .please inform adminstrator of ubuntu forum give notice before updating or thing need print our replaies further refference ........i not able view posts

there "important notice" @ top of page. says:
following upgrade vb4 necessary rebuild search indexes and, currently, forum searches non-operational while proceeds. see "you not have permission access page" message if try. rebuild take several hours , search restored has completed.
is problem seeing?
