WHY unable to use Flash Player after installing?

i installed flash player 12 on mac 10.7.5.

but inter net site said need install new flash player.

i tlyed ten or more time install , uninstall.

i need help.

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
