Issue with PSE12 trial installation

the following message appears when atttempting install trial version of pse12.

 

"the following disk images not opened - photoshopelements_12_wwefdj.dmg error -4960"

 

the installer hangs install extractor , not respond.

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
