App Packager Questions

i have perfect .swf file , have acceptable html version, i'm new captivate , i'm trying html app mac , phone users can use it.  in create new section of phonegap build supposed enter in the package: field?

 

tried going out phonegap , creating app , told need add xlm file index file located.  unfortunately, because can phonegap accept .zip file, cannot add xlm, using in captivate.

 

i don't understand supposed go package field.  if head me place read on it, i'd appreciate it.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
