Redirect site question

my company has 2 urls.  main url company.org, other companynamespelledout.org.  like, when visitors go companynamespelledout.org, url display company.org.

 

i've been researching online , think should use 301 redirect.  things see use .htaccess file.  contacted isp says cannot use .htaccess because not running apache.  isp said hosted on server runs php version 4.4.3.  however, on windows environment, uses iis serve webpages.

 

can point me in right direction?  should searching code php or iis?  isp not helpful @ all.

that should done in iis, can set on properties of website. depending on version of windows server running. if sharing ip address, have set appropriate host header value. there several varialbles here have at.

then redirect company.org site companynamespelledout.org site properties,  done in iis.  on older versions of iis, under home directory tab in properties. not sure on newer version. select "a redirecdtion url' radio button, put correct url in form redirect to: , make sure check "a permanent redirecton resource

 

that works when have .com, .org etc. web addresses

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
