why being charged £17.58 photoshop cc on renewal, when being advertised £8.78 lightoom

the subscription have in account cc single app membership photoshop gbp17.58. may subscribe photoshop photography plan cancelling current subscription , subscribing plan gbp8.78. please refer below mentioned link:

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
