30 day refund

i cancelled creative cloud membership within 30 days.  there message on screen said got full refund if cancelled in 30 days--but clicked cancel before clicked on customer service link before cancelled.  cant figure out how in touch customer service directly (they deflected me forum!).  how in touch customer service person directly?
