Licensing CC apps after trial has run out
my trials creative cloud ran out purchased education plan. however, when open app prompts me license software , when go click on log in , asks me put in serial number. yet have been told creative cloud accounts not have serial numbers , no matter can't stop happening.
i have paid subscription , yet can't seem use it. it's safe past point of being frustrated can no longer class work due infuriating issue. please tell me there solution.
** also, when download app didn't have before, downloads trial though have subscription.

i dont know operating system working on giving steps windows , mac os:
windows:
in windows 7 navigate following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. out "hosts" file
2. open notepad
3. check if have entry adobe
4. remove entries , try again launching product cc
mac:
1. please click on "go" , navigate /private/etc
2. open "hosts" file , check out entries adobe.com
3. remove entries , save file
4. try again launching product cc
