Thread: Windows Partitions Not Mountable

i have noticed in past few versions of ubuntu, have been unable access windows partitions due mounting error. usually, able access 1 , not other, cannot access either. here error message:
code:
error mounting system-managed device /dev/sda2: command-line `mount "/media/ti106169w0d"' exited non-zero exit status 14: windows hibernated, refused mount.  failed mount '/dev/sda2': operation not permitted  ntfs partition in unsafe state. please resume , shutdown  windows (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount volume  read-only 'ro' mount option.
it says error caused abrupt shutdown, shut computer down normally, , has been recurring issue. suggestions?
