Interactive option freezes

i using captivate 7 runing on windows 8. when try insert of interactive options, pc freezes. message, "adobe captivate not responding." application closes. how fix this? on stand along computer - not network. tried uploading updates, did not problem.

please try run captivate administrator (right click on captivate icon , click on run admin)

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
