Photoshop video frames to layer is not working on windows PC

hi,

 

i using photoshop cc , says video (it not support video on version of windows.

i using windows 8 32bit, 8gb ram, i7 equlent amd 64 bit processor, 1gb graphics card.

 

please me fix issue.

unfortunately, 32 bit versions of windows doesn't support video in photoshop cc.

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
