i reading article talking ip blocking improve speed on youtube videos.

command give :
code:
udo ipfw add reject src-ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/24 in
i tried command did not work. can tell me command need use achieve same results.

that command not much, supposed substitute ipv4 address in there. resource saw on that?
