Dreamweaver CS3 broken icons on insert bar

the icons on insert bar broken. have uninstalled/reinstalled dreamweaver , deleted cache, no success. running mac os 10.6.8. below screenshot:

your screenshot link local computer, won't able see that.

 

to add screenshot forum, click camera icon in forum reply toolbar , browse image on hard drive.

 

you can't send images via email reply here, won't come through.
