Need Key command to zoom in while using type tool

i'm trying every key combination on earth, there must 1 i'm missing. know option key entrance other commands available while cursor selection arrow: space gives hand , space + command brings zoom in cursor. need enlightened available when using type cursor, in middle of editing nice able zoom in or out without having go out , select arrow cursor.

 

can guide me how zoom in , out while using type tool?

it's little tricky can it:

 

when have text selected, can't use space bar hand tool or you'll insert space. instead, press option add space bar , can scroll around hand tool.

 

once have hand tool, 2 modifiers still selected, hold down cmd key , can zoom in zoom in cursor. @ point can let go of option key. if want zoom out, press option key again , you'll zoom out cursor.
