Published site displays tablet version in desktop browser

hey folks

 

im going round in circles , somehow have managed create problem causes tablet version load on desktop browser??

 

i made couple of small changes today , published updated version find above problem.

 

the site www-chaps-grooming.co.uk

 

please help, have no idea properties have affected happen?

i checked site on end, , seems opening desktop version fine, , doesn't redirect me tablet version of site on accessing it. check screenshot: http://prntscr.com/2x32nl

i navigated other pages in site, , still remained in desktop version. can try clearing browser cache or try browser see if see correct version of site?

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
