Signing in problem!

i know sounds awfully stupid, when try sign account, , click sign in, nothing happens.  doing wrong?  not used 1 computer, maybe wrong it.  fill out information, hit send link, , asks me subscribe.  have paid subscription.  when go acrobat.com page, allows me sign in , recognizes me. 

where (the url) signing in?

do see message bar @ top of browser indicates being blocked?

have tried different browser, such google chrome or firefox?
