How do search and replace in the Reader?

my version of reader (11.0.06.70) has no "replace with" button in "find" box.  version need able make simple replacements?  if more expensive program required, what's cheapest?

a couple of things:

- reader not have ability edit pdf document text.  need adobe acrobat edit pdf document text.

- there is  "find & replace" feature option available in adobe acrobat xi. [corrected]
