Is my graphics card too under-powered to use the graphics settings in the 64bit CS 6

i cannot filters work in 64bit cs6 not let me used gps settings because seems think driver not installed properly. have reinstalled latest driver no avail. in 32 bit cs6 have no problems @ all.

i using dell m4700 workstation amd firepro m4000  (firegl v) on windows 7 operating system.

graphics card underpowered use graphics settings or there other issues involved?

i don't know amd cards, looked notebook, , capable little system, think should ok.  bottom line, have stated, needs date driver.  did find 'latest' driver?

 

if got dell or microsoft, end out of date driver, need go amd site.
