swapping menus on a dialog

hello,

 

we have dialog box has big menu. have smaller menu when check box on dialog checked.

 

i haven't tried yet, wanted run guys see if there better way.

 

would work. when check box checked detach current widget , attach new widget bigger or smaller menu?

do mean context menu on widget? there better way. can set enabling type of each action component kcustomenabling , check state of check box in updateactionstates method enable or disable menu items.
