Adobe online store in UAE not accepting credit cards, Any solutions

hi,

 

i trying subscribe adobe cloud in uae, adobe store takes me through purchase steps , after final confirmation step, gives me message payment authorisation failed.

 

now checked bank , there nothing wrong credit card account, confirmed no transaction received adobe.

 

it clear me there wrong adobe online store makes rejects purchases uae.

 

i tried chat customer services many times, last thing adviced me make purchase through local phone number tried many times , busy time, 24 hrs/day busy.

 

i don't know seems adobe has many problems online purchasing system , not resolving enough losing allot of mony.

 

if 1 has experiance this, specially uae, please share us.
