New Photoshop Elements 12 Installation - Questions

i downloaded elements , premier elements amazon.

the installation folder has 3 exe files "photoshopelements_12_      "  ending in

wwefdj.exe

wwefdj_win32.exe

wwefdj_win64.exe

there no installation instructions.

does know each file , differences in installation?

the exe files decompress installation files.  if prefer can download photoshop elements 12 adobe website @ http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
