White bar along bottom of page due to trigger?...

hi,

 

im trying put 'cookies policy' trigger along bottom of page when move grey bar area want be, creates white space @ bottom. can not work out @ all...

 

no padding, nothing pinned, no master page. help!

please try scale down size of trigger/target area not overlap footer item, can check if footer enabled footer item on page.

are using composition cookies policy ? share site url look.

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
