can please help. had no luck gettting onto adobe support. had new c drive installed in computer windows 8 installed on new sshd. have reinstall photoshopcc  , lr. have current  $9.99 subscription.

can download again or should cancel existing subs , enroll again?

i'm going through unanswered threads.  know few days ago, wanted check got sorted out.  don't cancel , resubscribe - go http://creative.adobe.com , sign in on new computer download cc app.
