Thread: PCI Express X16 2.0 Slot, damaged or no?

video cards buggy, if work @ all, tried ati radeon hd 7750 1gb gddr5, anda nvidia gtx 650 1gb gddr5.
ati card worked, games blue screen, nvidia post, hdtv go "no signal input" mode , power off, both using
hdmi, tried vga on gtx.

note system running intel mobo mini itx. core i3 2100 hd 2000, , intel ssd 330 120gb , 8gb of ddr3 1333hm ram. full 550 watt atx power supply, full size dvd burner. ati card did not require other power cable, nvidia did.

notice how card slot on right side, looks raised up, pins not set way.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
