Is there a widget to insert an HTML page?

i've been searching online , haven't been able find this...

 

is there widget allows import html pages in cp7? i've found widgets older cp versions, not 7.

 

i'm trying edge animations imported captivate without using app packager because need place click boxes on top of of animations.
