Render & Export Glitching

here specs:

 

processor: 3.7 ghz quad-core intel xeon e5

 

memory: 12 gb 1867 mhz ddr3 ecc

 

graphics: amd firepro d300 2048 mb

 

software: os x 10.9.2 (13c64)

 

obviously not best, not worst. caught me surprise when renders , exports in premiere , ame started glitching (black flashes, lines, colors , patterns). odd thing machine works fine while editing, when go send off project cause problems.

 

i took computer apple ran stress test on over 2 days, @ end of couldn't find wrong machine. not sure totally trust diagnosis. has else been experiencing this?

i've got a  6 core macpro intel xeon e5

32gig memory

amd firepro d500 3072 mb

os 10.9.3

 

i glitches on pretty every export. frustrating when client waiting video. glitches show on export, not while editing. pink lines, flashing, black flashes too. , different on every export, never occurring in same place, never same problem. i'm wondering if it's heat issue on macpro since gltiches happen more after machine has been on while. screenshot below comes 3 minute video have not been able export without @ least 1 glitch.
