How can I fix not being able to export from InDesign CC?

i'm working on mac mavericks os.

 

i don't know happened export feature under file menu greyed out. consequently cannot export. has not happenned since working in cc year.

 

after reseraching forums found try replacing preferences shift/cntrl/option/command. after doing launched indesign cc , export feature enabled. however, afte quitting , relaunching indesign, export feature again greyed out/disabled. replaced preferences once again , export again available. after quitting , relaunching indesign export feature again not available.

 

any appreciated. thank you.

you able select forum specific adobe product(s) use

click "down arrow" symbol on right (where says forums) open drop down list , scroll
