PP 7.2.1 - Red frames appear in saved seq and final renders MXF OP1a

it's old problem since cs5 never had trouble cs6 (please don't recommend downgrade, ridiculous solution).

since upgraded cc (7.1 @ first) red frames started appear when oppening saved sequences , distubingly on final renders mxf op1a.

a fix announced 7.2.1. upgraded keeps happening randomly our video editors in different computers.
the workarounds read in forum work, worst times don't.

can please recommend fix issue, or @ least flawless workaround?

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
