Thread: 12.04.2 LTS server x64: Change of symbolic link in /usr/lib is undone after reboot

hello.

i've changed symbolic link /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libfbclient.so.2 (firebird db client)
point older version of library, after restart seems link always
restored original value (libfbclient.so.2.5.1).

possible? there mecanism prevents changes on installed libraries?
