Thread: recommend a 3d engine

i feel making full-sized game, in 3d, don't know engine should use.

i'd work linux, although windows main market due amount of users.

language uses doesn't matter can adapt any.

i'd productive, lets me work on game not engine itself, , won't take forever program.

little research i've done unity 3d sounds ok.

think?
