Dreamweaver CS6 error message

i teaching unit year 11 class, , set websites group, following same steps set root folder , start creating pages etc.  out of entire class, reason 5 students error message every time try save site.  error says "encountered incorrect argument".  appears page still saved in folder, cannot preview in browser it's obvious there wrong.  have checked pages saved html files , in correct folder.  running windows 7.  has encountered before?

have tried clearing cache http://www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/ or removing personal configuration folder http://forums.adobe.com/thread/494811.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
