Puiblish with Presenter 9 using Powerpoint office 2013

i  on trial presenter 9 , having lot of problem getting work.  have recorded slide, , can preview can not publish.  first error - can not used read-only presentation (this new presentation created test) save pptx. try publish nd error can not load recording slide.  ppc file not match presentation.

can please help.  need tools presenter has have spent significant hours trying trial work , can not work or find support.  thee anywhere live can see happening on computer?

  2. is happening in projects?
  3. did tried reinstalling presenter 9?

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
