I am unable to download premiere elements

i purchased adobe photoshop , premeire elements , have been able download photo shop unable download premeire, there error comes up.  have tried downloading trial internet , there still error.  please me, have mac , have used program on windows before , have video need make , frustrated!

if yes, , if follow 7 steps, can download trial via 1 of links on page using browser accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-12-direct-download-links-premiere.html

 

and activate serial number.

 

if have download problem (eg, see error page or offered incorrect version), didn't follow 7 steps.  typically, failure meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 problem, browser must allow cookies (a restrictive browser setting) potential source of problems.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
